Having struggled with learning as a child, I know firsthand how tough school can feel when things don't click, and how deeply that can impact a child’s confidence and self-esteem.
That personal experience is what drives my passion today. As a Level 5 qualified Specialist Teacher, I support learners with specific learning difficulties—including dyslexia, dyscalculia, and autism—as well as anyone who simply finds learning a bit tricky.
Unlike conventional tutoring, my approach is grounded in up-to-date research and specifically targets the foundational skills children need to thrive in literacy and maths. I draw on fun, interactive, and multi-sensory teaching methods designed to make learning feel accessible, empowering, and genuine fun.
My mission is simple: to help every learner feel capable and confident by equipping them with the practical tools, strategies, and encouragement they need to unlock their true potential.

Outside of teaching I enjoy trying to impress my children with my latest baking attempts, am an aspiring gardener and love walking my dog! My baking fails are ideal stories to demonstrate how they help you to grow and build resilience.
Before teaching, I worked in the city in customer success and training. I taught professionals from graduates to CEO’s how to use data platforms. I am therefore very adept at adapting to learner needs and learning styles.
